Established in 1984 as a small family business with one product – The bathroom air-freshener. Gem-Air soon became Gem Care over a period of 33 years evolving into a force to be reckoned with in the hygiene and cleaning service industry.

After numerous acquisition offers throughout the years we decided to sell Gem Care to a very successful and well recognized international brand. We managed to retain our KZN division which has been in operation for the past 6 years and has now transformed into Wave Professional Hygiene Solutions.
